How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order: 2–7 business days of production (3–7 for Satin & Silk), then about 3–8 business days to arrive in Canada, 5–10 to the US and 7–21 internationally.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If your order includes pieces from different workshops, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Each piece is made just for you, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it.
