How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days (3–7 for our Satin & Silk collection), then delivery takes about 3–8 business days in Canada, 5–10 to the US and 7–21 internationally. See our shipping policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items, their weight and your destination — you’ll always see the exact amount before confirming your order.

Why might my order arrive in separate parcels?

Different pieces are crafted by different partner workshops, so they may ship separately.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each piece is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it. See our refund policy.

How do I choose my size?

Check our size guide and the details on each product page. Still unsure? Email us your usual size and how you like things to fit — we’re happy to help.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering — email contact@byalchemy.ca as soon as possible.

How do I care for my piece?

Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle and avoid high heat to keep prints and embroidery bright. Silk is best dry-cleaned or hand-washed. Each product page lists its exact care instructions.

Will I pay duties?

International orders, and some items shipped from abroad, may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to Canada, the US and many countries across Europe and Asia-Pacific. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.
